Market Research: Somerville
Somerville is as close to an ideal location for a Brewery as it gets. Extremely low local excise tax on beer produced, extremely young population with few children (so most of that density is prime beer / brewery age), and high median income. These factors are especially true in western Somerville near Davis Sq, where there is also a lack of nearby breweries.
